We are using secure servers to take payments and never save our customers credit card details, however we do take your email address and contact details for the purpose of booking and to deal with any issues regarding your booking.

Some times the price that shows on your ticket voucher is different from what we have charged you that is due to the discount we are offering and the ticket voucher shows original price of the ticket, this is why we issue a purchase receipt along with a ticket voucher.
We always recommend our customers to print their tickets, this is because some suppliers don’t accept e-ticket. You may be returned or asked to bring printed voucher by a supplier or venue.
In some case we generate purchase receipt only at the time of purchase from our website, this might be due to supplier’s requirement or discount we are offering. In such cases our system automatically emails ticket to the email address you provided. The tickets are normally emailed within 5 minutes, however it can take longer

Cancellations and refunds
General cancelation terms and conditions will apply for example tours can be cancelled 48 hours before the tour date.
We accept major credit cards including Paypal. You may be asked to show your Identity matching the one used to make payment. However if you use your acquaintance’s card, you should bring a signed letter from that person confirming the authorization of payment.
I want to book over the phone but I don’t want to give pass my credit card details over the phone?
No problem, you can speak to our sales advisor over the phone or online chat or email who will be able to send you paypal invoice. Once the invoice is paid, you will receive the tour confirmation.
You must inform us at least three days prior to your tour date, so that we can deliver your request on time.
You must contact our reservation team through email or telephone quoting your booking reference number, our representative will take details of the hotel you will be staying in.
In case you don’t have a printer, you can come to our information centre in London to pick your ticket or you we can deliver your ticket to the hotel you are staying.
Cancelation of ticket or Tour:
Various tickets have various cancelation policies, It will be mentioned on your ticket if the tour or ticket can be cancelled or not. In general out of London coach tours can be modified three days before the tour date and can be cancelled 7 days prior to tour date. Cancellation of tour less than 7days of tour departure cannot be guaranteed. Modification can be requested up to 3 days prior to tour departure, however modification cannot be guaranteed.. Attraction tickets, theatre tickets, and hotel packages once booked cannot be cancelled or modified. Hop on Hop off bus tours can be cancelled or modified up to 24 hours prior to travel date.
Sightseeing Coach Tours
There are tours available with different language options, tours in different languages do not operate every day, please check our language tours option for details about languages and schedule.
You will be allowed one luggage to bring along on your tour, you will not be permitted to bring any food or drink along.
We always recommend you to arrive 10 to 15 minutes before your tour departure time stated on your ticket. Tours run on a very tight schedule and will not be able to wait for you if you arrive late.
Some companies offer coaches with washroom facilities. Depending on what product you choose, it will be stated in product description.
60 years or above
Most places we visit are surrounded by various restaurants and pub and you can go to any restaurant and choose to eat yourself. We recommend our customers to choose tours with lunch option as it gives you more time to spend venues.
There are some tours offered with compulsory lunch and there are some tours with optional lunch.
Normally most tours offered by most suppliers have entrance to venues included with the tour unless otherwise stated in product description. If you still have a doubt you can always contact our reservations team at reservaions@margotickets.com
Most tour companies only accept folding wheel chairs, however you will have to climb the stairs with the help of your helper. We suggest you to contact us before you book your tour and mention about the disability, as the tours require a lot of walking.
Most tours will finish at victoria coach station London. However some tours give tourists option to be dropped off at locations such as Marble Arch, Baker street or South Kensington and these drop offs are subject to condition.
Warner Bros Studio Tour
